Another year of the bottom six producing next to nothing. Its gonna be time soon to trade a dman for a scoring winger. We all like Iafallos game. But hes not a top line winger.

Torrey Mitchell is now a King

- The Canadiens traded forward Torrey Mitchell to the Los Angeles Kings on Thursday afternoon in exchange for a fifth-round conditional pick in 2018.

With respect to the condition, if the Kings make the playoffs then the Canadiens receive their own fourth-round pick in 2018 back - which was traded away in the Dwight King deal at the trade deadline last season - instead of Los Angeles' fifth-round pick in 2018.

They were 11-2-2 at one point. Now, they're 12-8-2. Now, they have Torrey Mitchell, though.

So, Torrey Mitchell is a Shore clone; a light scoring , possession demon - good at faceodfs and such. So, Blake is going to trade Shore now? Part of a larger, lateral move?

The problem with the team right now is identity/leadership. I'm sure Blake is smart enough to realize it. Maybe it's all part of the master plan.

Jonathan Quick had a good bounce back game after he let in three goals on nine shots against the Golden Knights on Sunday. Quick was able to give the Kings a chance to win the game, stopping 25 of 27 shots against him.
